AI-assisted calls
When you call a business that uses our IVA, you may be speaking with an automated assistant rather than a live person. Calls may be recorded and processed so we can understand speech, synthesize replies, route the call, and improve the service. Audio and related data may be handled by Red Flannel and our subprocessors that provide speech and language capabilities (including Cartesia for voice synthesis and recognition, and language models such as Meta Llama for intent handling).
